Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights exist regardless of any other terms in this policy and are not subject to any time limit imposed by us.
- Refund Eligibility: Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will offer a remedy appropriate to the nature of the failure. Our preferred remedy is a full refund — you are not required to return the item to us. As a business preference, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of purchase for the fastest resolution. However, your ACL rights apply beyond this period and are not extinguished by the passage of time.
- Evidence of Faulty or Damaged Product: To process your refund request, we may ask for evidence that the product you received was faulty or damaged. This may include photographs, videos, or any other relevant documentation that clearly demonstrates the issue.

- Provide a detailed description of the issue you encountered with the product.
- Attach any evidence or supporting documentation related to the fault or damage.
- Include your order number and contact information.

Refund Processing:
Upon receiving your request, we will review the information and evidence provided. We aim to respond within 10 business days. If your request is approved:
- We will notify you via email. You are not required to return the item.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, unless otherwise agreed.
- Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
- We will provide a clear explanation for the decision.
